What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the bag type. Market tote bags start at 500 pieces. Fashion handbags and backpacks start at 50–100 pieces. Luggage sets start at 30 sets. We can discuss lower MOQs for first-time orders — just ask us on WhatsApp.

How long does it take for my bags to arrive in Lagos?

Sea freight from China typically takes 25–35 days from the date your order leaves the factory. Add 5–7 business days for port clearing. We give you a full timeline when you place your order.

Do I need to handle customs clearance myself?

No. We handle all customs documentation, SON, NAFDAC (where applicable), and port clearing through our licensed agents at Apapa and Tin Can Island. It is included in your quoted price.

Can I see the bags before I pay?

Yes. We send you factory photos and videos of your specific goods before shipment. For Bulk Importer tier clients, we can arrange a factory visit to Guangzhou with our team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers to our Lagos GTBank and Access Bank accounts, USDT (crypto) for China-side payments, and we have trade finance referral partners for larger orders. We never ask for cash or mobile money from unknown contacts.

Can you brand the bags with my business name or logo?

Yes. Custom branding — including printed logos, woven labels, hang tags, and custom colours — is available for Bulk Importer tier and as an add-on for Market Distributor tier. MOQ for branded bags is typically 200 pieces.

What happens if bags arrive damaged or wrong?

We inspect all goods in China before shipment and document everything with photos. If any damage occurs in transit, we file a freight insurance claim on your behalf. Wrong items are replaced at our cost. We have never left a client out of pocket.

Do you deliver outside Lagos?

Yes. We deliver to Onitsha, Aba, Kano, Port Harcourt, and Ibadan via our logistics partners. Delivery charges outside Lagos are calculated per kilometre and quoted upfront.
